Gobi Galore Sauce for Spaghetti

Union of east and west flavors…

Make cauliflower as instructed in the gobi galore post.

We will be adding to the gobi galore 1/3 can of tomato sauce, 1/3 can of diced tomato, 2 cup of basil tomato sauce and 1/2 tsp of garlic salt, which have been microwaved for 3 to 4 minutes.

Cook spaghetti for 4 as per instruction.

In baking dish sprinkle olive oil and place cooked spaghetti. Pour gobi galore sauce on top, then add Parmesan and fresh Mozzarella and sprinkle Italian spices. Bake at 375* until cheeses are oozing golden brown. Serve with simple salad and soft buttered sprouted whole wheat sour dough bread.
